Viegli are the official UK technical training partner for OpenScape Business. Our dedicated Training and Excellence Centre can host up to eight engineers on site and the room is fully Zoom integrated for distance based learning.
Sales Training
Having a well informed, knowledgeable and effective sales team is in all of our interests.
Running in parallel with the “formal” sales accreditation, we’ve designed a use-case based sales training course to maximise your sales opportunity.
Like anything else we do, the course is fun, informative and we even introduce our very own Project HumanITy Top Trumps to help reinforce learning.
And of course, launching in April 2024 your sales people will also be fully trained on how to use Proposal Ninja – helping them to deliver sensational proposals for your clients.
We can deliver sales training remotely from our training & excellence centre, your staff can come to our office, or we can come to you – whatever works!
Technical Training
Viegli are the official technical training partners for OpenScape Business in the UK.
Our custom built Training & Excellence Centre gives your engineers access to all of the technology involved. We have six chassis based and two virtualised OpenScape Business systems in the room that the engineers use.
Your engineers will get hands on training and use-case based environments to create for themselves – which is such a powerful method to make sure learning has occurred.
Furthermore, we run regular “refresher” and “update” on-line meetings to make sure that engineers are always up to speed. We see it as a sacred duty that all OpenScape Business partners are well informed and proficient at deploying the technology for their clients.
The Training & Excellence Centre is fully Zoom integrated, so distance based courses are available and we can split the two or five day course into multiple modules, fitting the courses around the resellers needs.
At the end of the course our tutors will guide the engineer through the formal accreditation.
