Unify Phone

Unify Phone is the cloud soft client for OpenScape Business. The device and network agnostic client is browser based on a laptop or desktop and an app on Android and iOS.

Seamlessly moving between networks you can push and pull calls between devices.

Continual development of the app will see Unify Phone develop into a full webRTC CTI client taking it from the best soft phone out there, to the best CTI client out there in the months to come.

Device agnostic

Being device agnostic your clients can use Unify Phone on their PC, their tablets and their phones. Effortlessly switching between devices during a call.

The intuitive design and the simple operation make it the go to client for your customers.

From an engineering point of view it’s easy too. You can deploy Unify Phone in minutes.

Teams integration

Your users Unify Phone subscription includes a free of charge plugin for Microsoft Teams.

The plugin is installed by the O365 admin and is then available to all O365 users. The plugin is being continually developed but the key selling point is that NO ADDITIONAL Microrsoft licences are required for delivering a voice solution into MS Teams

OpenScape Business can trace it’s roots back to that invention and it’s elegantly packaged for you for today’s market.

The superstar in the range is OpenScape Business S, the Linux server based appliance that we host for you in secure UK data centres.

On-premises

There are plenty of options for on-premises too which are constantly being updated too. Take the X1R for instance – launched in February 2024!

This all in one 19″ rack mount system has analogue and TDM extensions on board and can cater for up to 500 extensions. 

Whilst the rest of the market is convinced everything should be hosted our partners are winning the business where on-premises is still the right way to go.

Desk Phones

The fully integrated HFA (Hicom Feature Access) range of IP and TDM devices bring elegance and simplicity to desk phone deployment. 

All managed from the system itself the desk phone range have all of the legacy features that users miss on some modern systems and all of the latest innovation that the marketplace demands.

Integrated Cordless

OpenScape Business is class leading when it comes to integrated cordless devices. 

You have either IP or TDM DECT bases stations and a stunning range of DECT cordless handsets, including rugged devices and phones designed for harsh environments.

UC Suite

Unified Communications is so important in today’s marketplace and you’re well covered with OpenScape Business.

myPortal is available in a number of guises. myPortal for Outlook brings a full CTI suite into Microsoft Outlook. myPortal@work is the webRTC soft client for MAC or PC. 

myPortal Desktop is a stand alone CTI client for MAC or PC and then there’s myPortal for Teams that delivers desk phone integration directly from within the MS Teams application.

Contact Centre

myAgent provides your clients with a great inbound contact centre solution for voice, email and fax.

Scalable to 192 defined agents with 64 logged in concurrently powerful call scheduling, in queue messaging and agent reporting are all done from the elegant interface.

Operator Console

myAttendant is the perfect companion for the traditional reception position within your clients business.

The easy to use, intuitive software makes call handling a breeze. Operators can seamlessly transfer and consult on calls, change user presence and see queued or parked calls.

 

Call Reporting & Recording

Call reporting is available from the cloud for any OpenScape Business platform. You can choose either SMDR (after the event) or CSTA (real time) methods of connecting the system to the logger.

With unlimited visual wallboards and bespoke scheduled reporting at your clients fingertips the service is incredibly well priced.

For systems hosted in our UK data centres we can also add call recording with a retention period of two years as standard.
